Entities

Organisation entities in the Heedify Admin Portal act as independent configuration containers. They are typically used to structure your environment by business unit, department, or subsidiary, ensuring separation of responsibilities and visibility.

Using entities allows you to clearly scope administrative permissions. A user assigned as an Entity Administrator can only view and manage configuration belonging to that specific entity.

Each entity includes and manages its own:

Licenses
Agents
Queues
Flows

Only Default Entity Administrators are authorized to create, delete, or modify entities.

Media resources are shared across all organisation entities.
