Column Description
Agent Agent name
Quick Answer Number of calls answered immediately.
Standard Answer Number of calls answered within the standard time frame.
Delayed Answer Number of calls answered after a delay.
Avg. Talking Time Average duration of talking per agent (in mm:ss format).
Avg. Ringing Time Average time taken for the agent to pick up the call.
