Overview
The Heedify Reports Portal provides a comprehensive overview of key performance metrics, enabling users to analyze and evaluate operational efficiency and customer engagement. It includes a wide range of insights, from overall call and chat statistics to detailed breakdowns of agent performance and response times.
Accessing the Portal
To access to the portal, open your browser and navigate to reports.heedify.io and enter credentials to log in.
Once logged in, the homepage will display a list of reports. By default, a report is automatically created for each call flow you set up.
Only admins, entity admins and functional admins of the specific callflow have access to the report. More details : Functional admins Please contact your administrator to request the access.
Reports Layout
Report pages have a structured layout with the following elements
- Header Section: at the very top, a title bar containing:
- The portal name
- The report name, very often is the flow name
- A timestamp for the last update.

Navigation Tabs:
Directly below the header, there is a horizontal navigation bar with multiple tab options, such as “Calls Overview,” “Reports: Calls,” “Chat Overview,” “Reports: Chat,” and “Agents.”
Tabs list could vary depending from report customisation and enabled features.
- Filter Panel: a horizontal filter panel includes:
- A date range selector
- A “Business hours/days” toggle checkbox on the right.
- Visualizations and Data Section: several visual components are laid out in a grid format.
