Heedify Platform uses Microsoft graph API to manage calls and that includes playing voice announcement.

Administrator can upload media files as described below:

• 16-bits per sample, little-endian
• 16000 sampling rate,
• mono/single-channel.

You can convert audio files using FFmpeg. It supports a wide range of formats and advanced processing options.
