Agents activities
This dashboard provides insights into agent activities, enabling better monitoring and management of workload and efficiency. It is divided into two key sections:
Filters
Date Range Selector:The dashboard includes sliders at the top for selecting specific date ranges to filter the data displayed
Agents Activities
A stacked bar chart representing the rate distribution of various activities for each agent.
Default Categories of Activities :
- Admin Work: Time spent on administrative tasks.
- Coffee Break: Time allocated for breaks.
- Out of Shift: Time when the agent is off-duty.
- Ready : Time the agent is available and ready to handle tasks.
Agents Presence
A stacked bar chart representing the rate distribution of various Teams presence for each agent: Available

, Away
, Offline

These sections helps to monitor the distribution of agent activities and identify the balance between productive time and non-productive time.
