Create queues
A Queue is Heedify configuration element that manages calls while customer is waiting for a human agent to handle his request.
- Connect to https://admin.heedify.io
- Open Queues from the main menu
- Click +Add to add a new Call flow
- Type a name for the call queue
- Add agents on Agents list
- Search agents by display name
- Define agent skill level
- The other parameters are optional you can find more information on the queues advanced section.
- Click Save
