Create queues

A Queue is Heedify configuration element that manages calls while customer is waiting for a human agent to handle his request.

  1. Connect to https://admin.heedify.io
  2. Open Queues from the main menu
  3. Click +Add to add a new Call flow
  4. Type a name for the call queue
  5. Add agents on Agents list
    1. Search agents by display name
    2. Define agent skill level
  6. The other parameters are optional you can find more information on the queues advanced section.
  7. Click Save
