Licences
Heedify supports four CX licence tiers — CX Essentials, CX Elevate, CX Experience and CX Attendant — viewable per Entity with allocation counts, consumption and availability tracked in real time, integrated with Microsoft Teams so consumption reflects the agents provisioned against your Microsoft 365 directory.
The Licences page shows your current allocation and consumption per licence tier and per Entity. It is read-only — contact sales@heedify.io to order additional licences or to change your plan.
Licence tiers
| Tier | Use case |
|---|---|
| CX Essentials | Basic call distribution and agent experience |
| CX Elevate | Adds advanced features — call recording, reporting, webhooks. Requires an agent profile. |
| CX Experience | CX Elevate plus extended experience features |
| CX Attendant | Attendant console for receptionists and operators. Auto-grants Unify consent on the agent. |
Columns
The table lists one row per licence tier per Entity. An Entity that owns two tiers appears on two rows.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Licence | Licence tier name |
| Entity | Entity the allocation applies to |
| Total | Licences allocated to this Entity for this tier |
| Used | Licences currently assigned to agents |
| Available | Total minus Used |
Used and Available update automatically when you add or delete agents. Deleting an agent releases their licence back to the Entity inventory.
Access
If you do not have read permission on Licences for any Entity, the page shows an access-denied message instead of the table. Ask a tenant owner to grant you the licence-read permission on the relevant Entity.
FAQ
How do I increase my Heedify licence count?
Licence inventory is read-only in the portal. Contact Heedify Sales at sales@heedify.io to order additional licences or upgrade your plan; the new allocation appears against your Entity once provisioned.
Does CX Attendant grant Unify consent automatically?
Yes. Assigning the CX Attendant licence to an agent automatically triggers the Unify consent grant so the Attendant console can operate. Switching that agent to a different tier later releases the consent.
How does Heedify count a used licence?
Used = number of agents currently assigned to that licence tier on that Entity. Available = Total minus Used. Counts update live when you add or delete an agent.
What’s the difference between CX Elevate and CX Experience?
Both tiers unlock the Advanced section with call recording, Peer-to-Peer reporting and the recording-completion webhook. CX Experience adds extended experience features on top of the CX Elevate feature set.
Works with: Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Unify consent grant, Microsoft 365.
