6. Verify

Heedify supports end-to-end call verification via the Realtime Dashboard and Analytics modules, integrated with Microsoft Teams — before inviting your agents, run a round-trip test call to confirm the routing path you built in steps 1 to 5 works end-to-end.

Test call

  1. Ask one of your provisioned agents to sign in to Teams and stay Available
  2. From another phone, call your Teams resource account number
  3. Listen for your greeting message
  4. Confirm the call rings on the agent’s Teams client
  5. Answer, talk, hang up

Watch in realtime

  1. Open Realtime Dashboard from the sidebar
  2. Filter by your entity
  3. You should see:
    • The agent in the Ready (or Busy during the call) bucket
    • The call appear in the Live calls widget
    • The queue stats update

Check the analytics

After the call ends, wait a minute and open Analytics:

  1. Select your entity
  2. Make sure today’s date is in the range
  3. Your test call should appear in Calls List and contribute to the Dashboard widgets

How long after a call does it appear in Heedify Analytics?

Calls typically appear in Heedify Analytics within one to two minutes of call termination. The Realtime Dashboard updates within seconds during the call itself.

How long is historical analytics data retained?

Heedify retains historical analytics data for 365 days by default. Contact sales@heedify.io if you need a longer retention window for compliance or reporting.

My test call did not ring the agent — what should I check?

Confirm the agent’s Microsoft Teams presence is Available, the agent is attached to the queue, the queue is referenced by a Queue node in the call flow, and the Teams resource account number is the one you actually dialed.

Where do I find the recording of the test call?

If recording was enabled on the call flow or on the agent, the recording appears in the Recording module shortly after the call ends, gated by the recording-readers list of the call flow.
