1. Grant consent
Heedify supports Microsoft 365 application consent via the Global Settings module, integrated with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) — a Microsoft 365 tenant administrator must approve the application permissions required by each Heedify add-on before anyone in your organization can use Heedify.
Only a Microsoft 365 tenant administrator can complete this step. If you are not an admin, forward this page to the right person.
- Go to portal.heedify.io and sign in with your Microsoft 365 administrator account.
Approve the consents
- Open Global Settings from the sidebar.
- The page is organized into three tabs: Common Applications, Extend Applications and Unify Applications.
- For each application listed across the three tabs, click Consent Permissions and approve in Microsoft.
- When the application shows a green checkmark, its consent is recorded.
Applications you are approving
| Tab | Application | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Common Applications | Heedify Reports | Historical analytics and dashboards |
| Common Applications | Heedify Presence | Realtime agent presence in Microsoft Teams |
| Extend Applications | Heedify Call Center | Core Heedify call-center capability (Extend product) |
| Extend Applications | Heedify Agent Console | Agent desktop application (Extend) |
| Unify Applications | Heedify Agent Console Unify | Agent desktop application (Unify TPE) |
| Unify Applications | Heedify Agent Console Europe | Agent desktop application (Unify, TPE) |
You only need to approve the applications you have licences for — your Heedify account manager confirms which apps apply.
See Global Settings for the complete reference, including how to revoke a consent.
FAQ
Who can approve the Heedify consents?
Only a Microsoft 365 tenant administrator. The Microsoft consent dialog refuses any user who is not granted tenant-admin role in Microsoft 365.
Do I have to approve every Heedify application?
Only the ones you have licences for. Common Applications cover analytics and presence; Extend covers Call Center and Agent Console; Unify covers the Unify TPE and Europe agent consoles. Your Heedify account manager confirms which apply to your contract.
Where do I revoke a Heedify consent later?
Consents are revoked from the Microsoft 365 admin center under Enterprise applications, not from the Heedify portal. The portal only grants new consents.
What if I am not a Microsoft 365 tenant admin?
Forward this page to the tenant administrator. Heedify cannot bypass the Microsoft consent flow — Microsoft, not Heedify, decides whether the consent succeeds.
Works with: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Global Settings.
