Heedify supports customer-context enrichment and event automation via the Variables key/value store and Workflows webhook engine, integrated with Microsoft Teams call events and external CRMs. Two modules enrich customer interactions with business data:
- Variables — per-Entity persistent key/value store for customer context used in routing.
- Workflows — webhook automation triggered by call events.
